microsoft installer

when i try and install speedupmypc 2.0 a message comes up saying that windows installer cannot be accessed and it does not do it with anything else and i have payed for it now so can anyone help

Perhaps, what you paid for was meant to be used on XP- not Vista and probably isn't compatible with Vista.
